Futurities Open to all APHA Registered Horses
  • All Non-Pro Exhibitors winning first in the Classic will automatically have their entry reimbursed except in the Non-Pro Classes
  • Exhibitors in Non-Pro classes must send a copy of current APHA Amateur or Youth Card with entry, entries not excepted otherwise.
  • Maturity Horses are considered 5 years or older
  • All 2 year olds are not permitted to cross enter into any other futurities or different age divisions.

Registration Papers or verification of pending registration from APHA must be presented.

Any non-pro rider or handler receives free entry fee if winner of a class, except non-pro classes
If less than 3 entries in a class, pro-rated payouts (eg. 3 horses or more - $500/$1000 added money, 2 horses - $300/$600 added money; 1 horse - $100/$200 added money)
All classes run by APHA rules. No refunds on Futurity entries.
All entries must be accompanied by current copy of registration papers
Any Non-Pro Rider or Handler must be accompanied by a copy of APHA Youth or Amateur card

1 Entry - 1st Place 100%
2 Entries - 1st Place 60%, 2nd Place 40%
3 Entries - 1st Place 50%, 2nd Place 30%, 3rd Place 20%
4 - 8 Entries - 1st Place 40%, 2nd Place 30%, 3rd Place 20%, 4th Place 10%
5 - 9 Entries - 1st Place 35%, 2nd Plac 25%, 3rd Place 20%, 4th Place, 15%, 5th Place 10%

All monies to be paid back less 10% of entries & any penalties
Stall Fees/Haul in Fees must be paid prior to issuing entry number. Verifications from Show Secretary required
No prize money will be paid out until at least two weeks past the event.
Prize money will be paid to person who paid for the entry.
All futurity money winners must have had their photograph taken at the Zone 10 show, or the cash prize will be forfeited to the show
